6-8: Jesus' Teachings

This unit will challenge children to begin to see that Jesus’ way of thinking is different. Lesson 1 asks, “Do you want to be great?” If so, you must put on Jesus’ attitude of being a servant. Lessons 2 and 3 give children two ways to be a servant: overcoming evil with good and loving our enemies. The final lesson shows that Jesus did exactly what He taught us to do. When He washed His disciples’ feet, He showed that He was a servant of all.
