6-8: Jesus' Stories
Standard
This unit helps children add to what they know about following Jesus. These five stories Jesus told give examples of what the children can do to follow Jesus. The wise builder teaches us to choose to do what Jesus says. The good Samaritan illustrates helping others, even people who may not like us. The story of the rich farmer shows it is best to share. The story of the unforgiving servant is about forgiving. And the story of the loving father helps children see that God loves us and wants us to start following Jesus again if we had stopped.
