These stories will help young children understand how and why they need to help others. Young children love to please. Up until now, they have been living in a very self-centered world, but now they are learning that other people also have feelings and needs. Through these lessons, children will begin to see how they can be helpers in the world around them. They will discover the good feelings they can get from helping others, and understand that when they help others they are also helping Jesus.
